Can I try the tools for free?

Yes. To get started, you get 5 free tokens and 5 requests to language models. That’s enough to try the platform and understand how it works.

Does one subscription give access to 90+ AI tools?

Yes. You get access to all platform tools and use only the ones you need. Starting from the PRO plan, the full functionality is available.

What are tokens?

Tokens are the platform’s internal currency. They’re used to pay for generations across the tools.

  • each generation costs a certain number of tokens
  • language models do not use tokens
  • unlimited tools do not consume tokens

Do tokens expire if my subscription ends?

No. Tokens do not expire and remain on your account. You can use them only with an active subscription. After renewing your subscription, tokens are combined.

What if I run out of tokens?

You can top them up in the Profile section in just a few minutes. Top-ups are available only with an active subscription. With each new subscription, your token balance is refreshed.

Do language models use tokens?

No. Language models are included in your plan. On the VIP plan and above, they are available for free and without limits.

Do language models access the internet?

Only the GPT-powered Syntx Helper has internet access. All other models work entirely within the platform.

Where can I learn how to use the tools?

In the “Academy” section. There you’ll find guides for the tools available in the web version.

Why doesn’t the web version include all features?

We are constantly developing and improving the web version of the platform. The full set of features is available in the Telegram bot @syntxaibot.

How long does a subscription last?

Paid subscriptions are available for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months – choose what fits your needs. The FREE plan has no time limit.

How do I cancel automatic billing?

Go to the “Profile” section and click “Cancel subscription”. If you decide to come back later, you can always subscribe again.
